Refund policy

All items are made to order. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept return requests under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

   • You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items

   • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

   • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

   • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

4. Refunds

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
